🌹 In the name of Allah, Al ustadhah open the class with du'a.

Ustadzah reminds us that today is Friday, always add more shalawat and du'a because today is the day where the du'a must be done.

Allah is very happy with His servants who pray. Let us pray for our brothers and sisters, prayers for our brothers and sisters who are not known.

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, you will continue to be safe as long as you remain silent.

🔸🔸🔸

The faith of a servant is not Istiqamah until his heart is Istiqomah, and the heart of a servant will not be Istiqamah before his speech/lisaan is Istiqamah. (al hadith)

Where does a dirty  heart come from, except for the many unbeneficial things we say and do.

We should pay attention to what we are going to say, what will be issued by our mouths because there is a malaikah who is always beside us and records all the words we say.

To his right is a malaikah who records good words and deeds, while to his left is a malaikah who records bad words and deeds. Not a single word was spoken, whether the words were good or bad, but there was a malaikahl who was always watching and was present with him to record his words.

Among the good marks of a Muslim is that she leaves things that are useless. Her time is filled only with things that are beneficial to the world and the hereafter.

♥️ Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported:

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said,

مِنْ حُسْنِ إِسْلاَمِ الْمَرْءِ تَرْكُهُ مَا لاَ يَعْنِيهِ

"It is from the excellence of (a believer's) Islam that he should shun that which is of no concern to him".

[At-Tirmidhi].

We should pay attention to what we say, whether it is useful or not. And we should think before speaking.

And this is part of the jihad against nafs. Whoever counts his words compared to his deeds, of course he will say little except in useful matters.

🔸🔸🔸

Ibn Rajab said, Most people do not count their words from their 'amal.

It is not our business to evaluate others, but we have a lot to evaluate ourselves.

"Blessed are those who are preoccupied with their disgrace rather than being busy with other people's disgrace"

Abu Hurairah narrated that the Messenger of Allah was asked about that for which people are admitted into the Fire the most, and he said: " The mouth and the private parts."

♥️Don't we often read Surah Alkahfi every Friday. And Allah delivers to us.  And the record [of deeds] will be placed [open], and you will see the criminals fearful of that within it, and they will say, "Oh, woe to us! What is this book that leaves nothing small or great except that it has enumerated it?" And they will find what they did present [before them]. And your Lord does injustice to no one.

It was narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: “Do not laugh a lot, for laughing a lot deadens the heart.”

Rasulullaah -peace and prayer of Allah be upon him- in the hadith above prohibits someone from laughing a lot and not forbidding someone to laugh. It is laughter that is lot and extravagant which contains reproach.

♥️ O Allah, place light in my heart, light in my tongue, light in my hearing, light in my eyesight, light on my right hand, light on my left hand, light in front of me, light behing me, light below me, O Allah, give me abundant light.

Get busy with 'amal that are useful for you. Busyness that brings you closer to Allah. Think about the verses of the Quran by tadabbur them and think about Asma 'and the shifah of Allah.

Leave thinking about the disgrace of others, do more self-improvement.

How beautiful it is to live in obedience to Allah Ta'ala.

🥀Excessive eating also reduces obedience. because most foods will reduce obedience. because someone if his stomach is full of food will cause hard to obey but easy to immoral.

Hunger cleanses the heart, waters the heart to obedience to Allah. A full stomach will make strong syahwat (farj).

Ibn Rajab said, eating a little  is better than eating a lot, it is more beneficial for the health of the body. Who eat a little , he will be easy to understand.

If you want your body to be healthy, eat less. That will make it easier for you to worship and wake up at night. how could a person whose stomach is full of food easy to wake up at night.

A believer can eat little, because one food is enough for two, two foods is enough for three.

There is no vessel filled by a human being worse than his stomach, it is enough for him to eat a few bites to straighten his spine (to give strength), so if he does not want to, then he can fill his stomach with a third of food, a third of a drink and a third for his breath.

A full stomach (with food) can cause damage to religion and the world (body).

Likewise reducing sleep. The time after dawn is a wonderful time. Likewise the Prophet forbade sleep during Ashr. As for napping (qoylullah) there is good in it. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said: "Sleep qailulah (nap) because satan does not take naps."

♥️You should improve your morals. Fix your obedience. In our inner self there is the anger and lust of Mutmainnah. And obedience will lead us to Mutmainnah's lust.
